 The Vermont Office Suites Complex is located in the old Montgomery Ward Building located on Main Street in downtown Newport. This historic building has four fully renovated floors including below ground level.
The below ground area includes an Art Gallery and storage area available to all of the Montgomery Ward building tenants. The street level floor has retail businesses including a quality natural food store, a café, a jeweler, and a yoga, tai chi and message therapy practitioner. The second floor houses the Vermont Office Suite Complex with shared amenities such as conference room, copy room, reception / waiting area and our new kitchen / café. The third and top floor is large and open with beautiful hardwood floors. All floors are serviced by a freight elevator and loading dock.

Available at no cost to our tenants and their guests, is a comfortable waiting and reception area, a large conference room, spacious rest rooms and the brand new Montgomery's Kitchen and Café.
Our own Ecosystem
The Montgomery Ward Building is large enough to sustain business activity between tenants. We call that our own Ecosystem.
With customers of Newport Natural Foods, Newport Jewelers, and the other businesses, we likely have more daily pedestrian traffic than any other building in Downtown Newport.
